Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your watch, you may request a return or refund under the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The watch must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • Products showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Watches with physical damage caused by misuse.
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts.
  • Watches that have been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized persons.

3. Return Process

Provide the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product

Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the product is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund.
  • Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
