Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your watch, you may request a return or refund under the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- The watch must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Products showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Watches with physical damage caused by misuse.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing parts.
- Watches that have been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized persons.
3. Return Process

- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product
Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after the product is received and inspected.
- If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Replacement Policy
- If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund.
- Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
